Once we receive your order, we aim to pack and label it within 2-3 working days before dispatching it to a distribution center. From there, the distribution center selects the fastest shipping method from our trusted couriers and dispatches your order promptly. You'll receive an update with your tracking code as soon as your order leaves the distribution center.

We carefully evaluate every design we receive, and only those that meet our strict standards for assembly and durability make it to our collection. If a design or its required parts fail to meet the high expectations of a 24drifts® model, it doesn't get released. Every model on our website has been rigorously vetted by us and our trusted partners, ensuring exceptional part quality and an enjoyable assembly experience. We 100% stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our models.

Experience the joy of building with this model, which you get to assemble entirely from scratch! Every required part is included, along with a few extras—just in case one decides to hide under the couch!

In the rare event that your model is missing certain parts, please complete our Missing Part Form, and our team will quickly arrange for the missing pieces to be sent to you. We work with trusted partners worldwide, such as BrickLink and BrickOwl, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In most cases, replacements will arrive within 72 hours of your initial request, so you can get back to building without delay
